Yeah sure the plastic bs does break but it does actually hurt more when I remove hair by combing or brushing with plastic over carbon fiber reinforced plastic or metal

W Mass pizza sits in this weird middle ground of Boston, NYC, New Haven influence, mostly influenced probably by Boston but we do get clams on pizza here. sort or depends on the town? Springfield is VERY different with za than NoHo, Amherst, Easthampton which are their own category of “college slop”

classic tomato pie with pecorino is so good if you can make it. use good passata or fresh if you have a food mill. pizza dough, figure it out, fresco milled tomato or just passata. Pecorino. Black pepper. you don’t even need mozz
