I'm sorry this doesn't seem like a rare thing. It should be. I have interviewed hundreds of people, and all of them heard back from myself or a recruiter.

It seems like the decent human thing to do.

I am OK with no. This leaving me in the dark stuff isn't fun.

Last week I interviewed for a senior leadership role at a small company. The interview was very rigorous and I had days or work poured into a presentation I gave to their hiring team.

Since that interview they have ghosted me entirely.

5 interview rounds later and they stopped responding. Sucks.
