i really don’t have words for just how disappointing and infuriating the code of conduct committee reports are. blatantly ignoring transphobia and suspending two state/CD5 delegates from the DFL for 60 days less than a month before their fucking conventions…. it’s all intentional

Holy shit Dex. This is so fucking ratfucked. That is *absolutely* deliberate disenfranchisement of two delegates.

Anyway, the time of this - 40 days from the State convention - feels very purposeful when they absolutely could have resolved this prior to caucuses. Giving two state delegates (I'll let them ID themselves) a 60 day suspension this close to state convention is deliberate disenfranchisement.

Despite the CBRC finding that their behavior in the meeting was deleterious and poorly conducted, the code of conduct decided that repeated misgenderings don't matter, but accurately pointing out that a current serving member of the committee is on trial for manslaughter is.

This is why the code of conduct needs to be reformed from the ground up. There was no transparency to the process, it took the better part of a year, and the only people punished are those associated with the transgender people who were misgendered in the meeting.

We found out through trial and error as a kid that I am allergic to all of the penicillin related antibiotics. It's the most common antibiotic allergy especially because it isn't always obvious to patients immediately and patients don't always realize the entire family of penicillin is related.
