The world can feel overwhelming, but those traits matter.
We see it in our I AM community every day ❤️

Masking isn’t a workplace skill.
Autistic and neurodivergent people shouldn’t have to hide who they are to succeed at work.
Inclusive workplaces support different ways of thinking and working.
👉 Learn how organisations can become more neurodivergent-friendly.
For children who already mask, struggle with attendance, and rely on one-to-one support, this feels risky.
Reform must build trust and accountability - not trade one for the other.
Children’s support shouldn’t depend on how “complex” they look on paper.
#SEND #Autism #DisabilityJustice
Does this sound familiar?
Parents of autistic children are being told SEND reforms will mean less conflict and earlier support.
But many families are hearing something else:
Less legal protection.
More school control.
Fewer routes to challenge decisions.
Zero Discrimination Day ❤️
The I AM Spring Ball exists to fund spaces where autistic and neurodivergent people can show up without judgement, pressure or masking.
Belonging shouldn’t be conditional.
🎟️ Your ticket = real belonging.

“I feel really happy… and not judged.”
That feeling shouldn’t be rare.
The I AM Spring Ball this March helps fund inclusive spaces where autistic people feel safe, valued, and accepted.

Recent events at the BAFTAs have sparked intense debate and confusion about Tourette syndrome.
At the ceremony, John Davidson, a Tourette’s campaigner, experienced involuntary vocal tics during a live broadcast.

The world is loud and overwhelming for many autistic young people.
During #ChildrensMentalHealthWeek, we’re backing what actually helps: calm, predictable spaces.
At I AM Salford Youth Club, routine creates safety - and space to be yourself.

Behind every life changed is something less glamorous: funding.
Our Spring Ball raises the income that makes real impact possible for autistic people and families we support every day.
Join us for a night of celebration with purpose. 🌸
