This is a very sad case of a missed diagnosis for months, treating with immunosuppressants in the context of an active infection, resulting in the death of a 34-year-old previously healthy man. Seems like EHR and hand-offs are at least partly to blame.

It has a slight wheat like scent, but it's not artificial. It doesn't clump quite as well as the clay based litters, but it still clumps pretty good, and it's the best all around litter I've tried. It's available at PetSmart and Bosleys.
