Yeah, consensus in the league is that the mino is a sunk cost even before skills are added.
My inclination is to drop the skills on the Mino and just plonk it 5 squares from a sideline and leave it there. It'll sterilise half the pitch that way, or the opponent will fight it and the rest of my team can just skip away.
I'm thinking mass two heads is the way to go to get goat mobility up.
