Absolutely. The group I play most frequently with has *wildly* diverging play styles, and it's a hard balancing act to make sure folks aren't feeling left out.

I feel like that one really depends on preferences at the table. Some players in my group *love to roleplay shopping trips, and some prefer to send a text message with their shipping list between sessions. Our DMs have been good at balancing those two approaches.
