Graduated from recumbent bike to upright bike for physical therapy. Happy to move up, but that cheap exercise bike is uncomfortable. Can't wait to graduate to treadmill.

A good fitting gun is so important. I really need a compact/ladies model and those seem a bit harder to get my hands on. The loaner gun from the range fit me pretty well so I might buy one of those to practice with before I can justify a nicer gun.

Went and had a little skeet lesson at the clark county shooting range. It was pretty fun and I did manage to hit some clays! Looks like I've got to start looking around for a suitable shotgun.

Maybe I feel unsettled because I don't have a mindless knitting project on the go right now. I have some fiddly stuff on the needles but I need something that takes genuinely no thought. Maybe I need to fire up another pair of socks.
