Exakt. Och ofta väldigt oklart vad som faktiskt avses.
Men visst, Sverige hamnar fortfarande rätt långt under snittet vad vad gäller antal överträdelseförfaranden.
Det här är lite intressant gentemot den rätt vanliga bilden att Sverige alltid ”överimplementerar” EU-lagstiftning och genomför allt i tid.

If you are getting deja vu, it is because this is sounding very similar in parts to JCPOA. To be fair, if Iran agrees (i'm skeptical), this is even more extensive than JCPOA but the same concept.
But where is the verification regime that JCPOA had? How are we ensuring that Iran does not restart?
