So impressed with these students! They all did such a wonderful job, including two who presented for the first time. #ProudMentor #AcademicSky

Happy Wednesday, #AcademicSky! I could not be more excited about working with this fantastic group to promote #WomensHealth during midlife. I’ve wanted to set up a PAB for a while and finally got down to business last fall - our first two meetings were incredibly productive, but also restorative 🤓🙏🏻
Nope! Got a lot done in that room.
Happy Friday, #AcademicSky! We’re winding down spring break at Rowan and I’ve been privileged to once again join our Faculty Writing Retreat (yesterday and today). Coffee, conversation, snacks, and LOTS of #acwri! Diving in for the day 🤓🤓🤓
Back on the road! In DC at the first ever HHS Conference on #WomensHealth. I’ve had great conversations about the struggles women face during midlife & ways we can facilitate support during this period - particularly support for healthy behavior. Learn more at drarigo.wordpress.com/womens-healt...
Delighted to be back at NIH for the High-Risk, High-Reward Symposium. Midway through Year 3 of my New Innovator Award - 7 studies in and we are really getting somewhere!
Huge thank you to @rowanchaselab.bsky.social and our amazing Computer Science partner Dr. Andrea Lobo for making this possible 🤓
Happy Thursday, #AcademicSky! Check out some of the newest findings from our team at @rowanuniversity.bsky.social, toward the ultimate goal of promoting women’s heart-healthy behaviors. Grateful to AASP for their support of this work! Details below ⬇️

Donald Trump’s cruel and chaotic budget cuts are disrupting life-saving medical research, including work to prevent breast cancer.
How is this making our country better?

Happy Friday, #AcademicSky! Excited to share my team’s first publication & findings of the new year. I loved the process of identifying & linking themes from women’s narratives about relationships & physical activity. We share some important insights into women’s challenges during midlife ⬇️ 🤓
Happy Thursday, #AcademicSky! A lot of terribleness in the world this week - I’m grateful for a full day of #acwri at home with my kitties. May they bring you a smile. Made a lot of progress on a grant proposal & nearly there with an IRB amendment. Looking forward to more tomorrow before meetings 🤓
Good morning #AcademicSky, & welcome to 2026! Today is my first official workday of the new year. Break involved sleep, reading novels, & visiting family (nephew ⏬). I’m nowhere near ready to be back, but eager for a positive start. Goal = protect time for #acwri on priority items. Let’s do this! 🤓
2025 was a tough year in many ways. But I could not be more proud of what @rowanchaselab.bsky.social accomplished this year ⬇️ I’m particularly excited about our new Program Advisory Board and its upcoming initiatives - stay tuned for more in 2026! 🤓 #AcademicSky #YearinReview
From our team to yours, Happy Holidays! Wishing you a restful and joyous holiday season ☃️🎄
Happy Thursday! Kicked off my day of #acwri in pjs with a 5K run in the lingering snow. Managed to avoid black ice & keep warm with holiday cheer🎄Getting to like cold-weather #running!
So grateful for a writing day before the break. Lots of progress to make. Who else is writing today? #AcademicSky
Looking forward to a full day of #acwri in pjs tomorrow! Working on sections of a new co-authored paper 🤓
Side note, I am completely out of the habit of posting on social media. Hard to believe, given how much I used to post, and I keep saying I’ll get back to it. But I’m VERY into the holidays 🎄🎄🎄
Happy Tuesday! I’m thoroughly enjoying a magical, unicorn day of no meetings 🤩For Day 2 of my make-up #AcWriMo ⬇️, I already made progress on a grant proposal and reviewed 2 manuscript drafts. Taking a real break for lunch 😋 then more writing. Who else is having a productive day? #AcademicSky
Happy Thanksgiving break, #AcademicSky! Hope you’re getting well-deserved rest. We were halfway through November before I realized that I made (and abandoned) #AcWriMo plans - wrote a lot, but not on what I intended to. Trying again for December. Anyone up to join an AcWriMo redo? #Acwri
The CHASE Lab is taking a well-earned break for the Thanksgiving holiday (US). From our team to yours, Happy Thanksgiving! This year and every year, we're thankful for your support. And for lovely fall weather 🦃🍁🍂
We look forward to seeing you back here on 12/1 😊 #AcademicSky #PsycSky
After years of considering, I took the plunge to establish an advisory board for my women’s health research program (Project WHADE, for Women’s Health and Daily Experiences). We prepped for two months and held our first meeting tonight - loved every second of it. Lots more on this soon! #AcademicSky
Thank you for sharing this!
If you haven’t had a chance to read this excerpt, please take a few minutes - particularly if you train others in psych, counseling, social work. It says a lot about the harm of “good” intentions in educational settings. We need to do better. #AcademicSky #PsychSky
Happy Tuesday! Current mood - thanks to a great friend for the gift 📚 Week actually starting off very well, with 2 sunny, chilly morning runs 🏃🏻♀️ that prepped me for productive days. (It even snowed a little on yesterday’s run 😊❄️) Polishing a grant proposal this morning, meetings later. #AcademicSky

Happy Tuesday to all following #AcademicSky! My day started with kitten cuddles & the first cold-weather run of the season 🥶 Productive day for #acwri, thank goodness - still buried under many deadlines & not ending any time soon! Kittens, #running, and collabofriend support will ger me through 🫠🤓
Happy Friday! Wild times with many, many deadlines (recent and upcoming), & such a pleasure to be able to share findings with the world. Particularly for projects led by students, like this new one on the problem of nomophobia (NO MObile PHOne PhoBIA) among college students ⬇️ #mHealth #CollegeHealth
