- Of those, Top 10 teams lost 27 times (32) and teams ranked in the Top 2 lost 8 times (11)

- Multiple top 10 teams lost in the same week 10 times during the regular season (9)

- Ashton Jeanty came close to beating the single season rushing record, finishing second (Graham Harrell passing)

Went back to look at the 2024 season, and while it wasn't 2007, it was still plenty entertaining:

- Ranked teams lost to lower ranked or unranked teams 63 times (71 in 2007)

- Of those, Top 10 teams lost 27 times (32) and teams ranked in the Top 2 lost 8 times (11)
