3. The memo acknowledges that the list includes many terms that are used by the NSA in contexts that have nothing to do with DEI.
For example, the term "privilege" is used by the NSA in the context of "privilege escalation," which is a counterintelligence technique

The orders were couched in terms of women’s safety and DEI, but in fact they work to undermine the health of broad swathes of the American public: trans and intersex people, people of color, LGBTQ+ people, women, disabled people and more. My latest:

Hi, I’m God.
I don’t care how you fight Nazis as long as you fight them.
NEW: The U.S. just stopped giving out HIV medications to 20 million people around the world — even though clinics still have meds on the shelves. My latest for @npr.org:

According to the clemency action, Trump pardoned all but 14 of the people convicted of Jan. 6-related offenses. For those 14 — including Stewart Rhodes and Kelly Meggs of the Oath Keepers, both convicted of seditious conspiracy — he commuted their sentences. Notably, Enrique Tarrio, a former leader of the Proud Boys who was serving a 22-year sentence after being convicted of seditious conspiracy, was given a full pardon. Further, and in a stark infringement of the Justice Department’s traditional independence, Trump — on day one of his second term in office — directed the attorney general to seek dismissal of all pending indictments related to January 6. Despite the attacks on law enforcement that day, all of those who were in prison because of those attacks have been or will be released in short order. And yet, moments later, Trump signed an order directing that the attorney general “shall” pursue the death penalty in certain circumstances that involve “the murder of a law-enforcement officer.” This chameleon-like change in concern for law enforcement came in another order purporting to direct other Justice Department litigation decisions — these relating to when and how DOJ “shall” pursue the death penalty.
Trump has never let inconsistency stop him, but the contradictions were on full display Monday. As @chrisgeidner.bsky.social details at Law Dork: www.lawdork.com/p/trump-term...
And it begins.
The Trump executive order against trans people defines "female" and "male" *at conception.* Not birth. This is fetal personhood language (in addition to being scientifically inaccurate). www.whitehouse.gov/presidential...
The billionaires all came out of their Nazi closets today. They don’t mind consorting with rapists. The American Oligarchy has begun.
um
Oh so true.
Something has been bugging me about TikTok coming back online.
A literal law was passed against the parent company of TikTok that stated TikTok was supposed to be offline if it didn't sell on Jan. 19th.
Then the incoming, not yet president allegedly had something to do with it being back online?
He said what??? SMH!!
“The Founding generation believed that oaths have consequences, binding those who took them to a course of action.”
As applied to the incoming president, that’s unfortunately wishful thinking. If you’re listening tomorrow, let that sink in.

Senator Bernie Sanders, I'm so relieved that you're still fighting for the people. We need you more than ever.
Wow. You know it's bad when the USA is less concerned about insurrection and abuse of power than South Korea is.
Thank you
Same here. Nice to see you, Derek
