We use proficiency scales, which I love and couldn't grade any other way. I've been setting them up with the new SHAPE Standards if anyone is interested #physed @iahperd.bsky.social

Has anyone used proficiency scales before? I've always had a light version (grading on a 4 point scale) but now have built them out with @shapeamerica.bsky.social new PE Standards. Willing to share/discuss. #Physed
