Even had a roll in the hay that would make Ferox jealous!

Day Seven: Prague, CZ

I plateaued with squats around 300 lbs so it definitely works! But yeah not something I could maintain!

I'll give it a shot. Yeah I've had great results from Stronglifts but could never maintain after maxing out.

Also: nothing like having your head held down while hearing footsteps outside the curtain to create the necessary "sense of urgency"...
