For Everyone Stuck Chasing the Clock → Season 2024 - 2025 | La Chapelle Four characters exist in a space and time loop framed by limitations that are the result of the chronic illness they have in common. Semi-resigned yet...

Of you are in or near Montreal, interested in experimental theatre, autofiction, camp, and the idea of complex chronic illness as alterity; perhaps you’d like to see me and @ydesranleau.bsky.social ‘s new stage work For Everyone Stuck Chasing the Clock- March 3,4,6,7 lachapelle.org/en/schedule/...

-= We hoped we never had to do this but here we are and we now have to do this. =-

American trans humans are under threat and like in 1930s Germany, they now have to GTFO of their home country.

We have decided we need to collect some information on the possible ways out.

So we made a wiki.

This is an event flier for a webinar entitled "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" hosted by the Fireweed Collective, whose logo is in the upper right in teal, black, and white. The background is a faint pink with torn and crumpled paper hearts on top. There are several black broken hearts strewn around text and images. On the right, in an ornate gold frame with a pink backdrop is a picture of Dean Spade, a white mustachioed trans man wearing a navy blue shirt and smiling. Besides him in the same frame, is a picture of Dean's book, "Love in a F*cked Up World". Below the event title, written in red plain text highlighted in yellow, reads "In his fifth annual Valentine's Day webinar with Fireweed, Dean Spade, author of Love in a F*cked Up World: How to Build Relationships, Hook Up, and Raise Hell Together, will provide an interactive workshop about breaking up based on the premise that breaking up is acceptable, common, and can be done ethically. The workshop will explore how we know when it is time to break up, how to treat each other during and after breakups, and how to support friends going through breakups." The webinar takes place on Friday, Feb 14th 4pm PST/7pm EST. In the lower left-hand corner, is a QR code for the event with the event bit.ly (also in the caption). In the lower right corner, in a yellow box are red icons of hands engaging in sign language and two speech bubbles announcing that the event will provide ASL & Spanish interpretation.

So excited for my 5th annual Valentine's Day webinar with
Fireweed Collective! This time we're celebrating my new book Love in a F*cked Up World, and we'll talk about BREAKING UP! Let's talk about how we can break up in principled ways that strengthen our communities.
