Ahhhh yeah great film! I'm no good at film recommendations, more of a TV guy but that takes more time & effort!
Would love it, hopefully one day! Sounds amazing, one of those venues i've just always wanted to see.
I've always wanted to see a show at Barrowland, iconic venue.
The Young Gods was 1995....jesus
Top-5 gigs, in no particular order...
Radiohead - Glastonbury, 1997
The Young Gods - The Leadmill, 1996 (i think)
Pearl Jam - Rock Am Ring, 2000
Queens of the Stone Age - The Leadmill, 2000
The Cure - Sheffield Arena, 1996
๐ I feel that pain, mine's broken my 1930's Bride & Frankenstein monsters snow globe (thank god for Gorilla Glue!) by trying to "whack an evil cat". What happened to just mashing button on Streetfighter 2? KIDS!
I'd love to see a TV show based on Texas Ranger James B. Holland. This man was the best interrogator in the world, lets do it! The documentary was brilliant.
This is my life now I guess! ๐ค
As if a World Cup Final "Half time show" isn't bad enough, it will be "curated by Chris Martin and Coldplay."
Fuck me.
"Some day I'm going to have to stand before God, and if He asks me why I didn't let that Jackie Robinson fellow play ball, I don't think saying 'because of the color of his skin' would be a good enough answer."
Branch Rickey.
Jackie Robinson day ๐
Get in the queue!
77 boy? OLD! ๐
sucks to be you
Without saying your age, post your favourite film that was released the year you turned 18.
i thought you were younger than me?
i dislike psg, but any goal against the bin dippers is always fun!
The most baseball thing i ever saw in 30 years of watching baseball. AMAZING.

What movie defines the 80s for you?
My ex bought it for me so i got a better deal than Eddie ๐
My mate went to that said it was great!
PJ one of my all time faves but not a fan of anything after about 2006 really. Got a bit dad rock. But I do own this from the 19th century!
Have you seen them? It was so good, there was lightening going off and Ed loved it.
SNL UK's Weekend Update is better than the American versions Weekend Update. Paddy Young & Ania Magliano are great & the jokes are as good as any Adam McKay wrote for Norm Macdonald. Big praise!
Metallica did the small tent at the 1st Download fest instead, i told everyone they were playing, nobody believed me until they came out! Saw PJ at Rock am Ring in 2000, best show i ever saw. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qpqr...
Yeah, loads of bands back then wanted small places to do warm ups, Linkin Park did one, we found the singer backstage crying because he couldn't get his levels right in soundcheck... PJ were asking around their self titled LP i think but it didn't come off.
