Had an UNUSUALLY good body day today. Been working up to my splits for a while and practically nearly slid into one today. Haven’t been checking the sky as much as I’d like but I thought to look and!! Sure enough!!

I’ve been doing pilates pretty consistently for over the past year or so and nothing will convince you faster that the moon rules the physical body than checking the moon’s condition during/after the days you work out. Absolute mind-boggling accuracy

My heart is SO full after experiencing it, there indeed is nothing else like it. We got to spend some time celebrating w partner’s extended family as well so not only was it like a special reconnection with our Southern roots, it truly did feel like just everyone from everywhere coming together! 💗

Loved seeing Sedna, Osiris, Persephone, Oya, Ēostre, Quetzalcoatl, Taliesin and a bunch of others too (and getting some of their beads)!!
