Nextcloud und OnlyOffice scheinen eine gemeinsame Geschichte zu haben (laut Wikipedia), zB Nextcloud Software war seit 2020 mit OnlyOffice integriert und das Ziel war, mit O365 zu konkurrieren. Offenbar lief die Zusammenarbeit nicht allzu gut.

BTW OnlyOffice is also European (Ascensio System SIA is based in Riga, Latvia).

I have similar structures (depends on the project), sometimes the DAFT scheme, but I always call the scripts *from the root of the project*. That way the script which is in analysis/gsea/mk1/ still works with data/clean/de/ (or whatever). Same for rmd/qmd (sit in manuscript/, called from ./)
