After a stopover in Singapore 🇸🇬 to Stephan C. Schuster’s lab, I’ve started in Melbourne this week. The team has been so welcoming and I’ve already attended great seminars, including an outstanding talk by Nobel laureates Rolf Zinkernagel and Peter Doherty. 🎤

Hosted by the ESGEM-AMR working group @lshtm.bsky.social, we started a new R package AMRgen to analyse AMR geno- and phenotypes together, extending the existing AMR package. I'll def use it in my PhD and am glad to have contributed (at least a bit 😇).
