We should just assume that all legal challenges which end up at the Supreme Court will be decided in Trump's favor. They no longer uphold the Constitution and neither do they recognize the separation of powers. They recognize only the power of the Presidency.
Once again, the Supreme Court dismantles the checks and balances contained within the constitution and hands power to the President making the position king-like.
