I can see how old folks get grumpy about changes in culture. I have to take so many breaks watching taking head videos; sensory overload.

I find a lot of YouTube videos exhausting because evidently editing style over the years has 'evolved' into any pauses being unacceptable. If there's a pause, you cut! And of course the awful 'cheeky' cut zoom often multiple times like the YouTuber is giving you an aside.

Mine is that our body parts have lifetime usage/bending limits. Me NOT going to the gym or worse, running, is saving up the functional state of my body so it won't fall apart as fast. Not going to the gym is healthier!
