I went from Brown to Atlanta 1964 with SCLC for voter registration, in 1965 to March on Montgomery at the end of Selma march, and in 1966 to rural Alabama to work more on voting registration. Voting Rights had passed then and there was already a white politician trolling for Black votes! I'm 81.

Hi all I've been seeing with mounting alarm over the years that the VOTING RIGHTS Act, which we got passed in 1965, is being eroded provision by provision, up to yesterday when the Supreme Court seemed poised to gut it altogether. It breaks my heart what's happening now.
