There is a certain coherence to the political coverage on @ms.now that is lacking in, say, the @nytimes.com. That’s because MS NOW recognizes and acknowledges that Trump is deranged, inept, and corrupt, whereas the Times is constantly dumbfounded by his behavior and cannot explain it.

He’s cashing in and calming supporters. Likely also buying time so he can get his troops over there. But time works for the Iranians too.
