いい話と思いました。（狭い観測範囲ではありますが）得手不得手はあれど他の国と比べて日本人のエンジニアリングの総合力にそんなに差はなさそうに見えます。むしろ他の国の人たちがやりたがらないところをしっかりやって、いい地位を築いてる系の話を聞くことが多い気もします。一方で元記事でも書いてる通り日本人は正しく英語を話すべき規範に縛られて、うまくいってないところはありそうです。私も昔はそうだった気がするのですが、コミュニティの参加メンバーの大半が若手になって、もう気にしてもしょうがないよねって感じで諦めて、むしろ改善した気もしますw
