No, I'm saying that Brown v BOE gives us more places to choose from. Let's say a parent's job requires them to move to a more remote location. That location will be less likely to have a school Black kids are allowed to attend, as we're currently not up to 20% of the population even now.

Yeah, I have no idea why people don't just look for others with shared interests. Surely it can't be that difficult
I also remember what happened with Tulsa. Black colleges would absolutely get that treatment if they were the only option we had.
What I mean is that if colleges stayed segregated, there would inevitably be a lot less Black ones than White ones, which would lead to less opportunities for higher education for Black people who are further away from said colleges.
Those are really good points. I suppose my next question is, in what way could it have been implemented in a way that wouldn't have caused this? Because I can at least say that a lot of opportunities college-wise would have been even more out of reach than they are now with segregated schools.
How was a Supreme Court ruling against segregation detrimental to Black America? Genuinely wondering
That's fine, I just really enjoy the show overall, so I like talking about it. Have a good one ๐

I didn't like Elena for a few reasons, but the main one was definitely her relationship with Bonnie. I've been in Bonnie's shoes before: giving so much to a friend who didn't reciprocate that energy. The fact that she got a great ending while Bonnie got boned was just the icing on the expired cake
Animorphs was a fantastic series, but I can't go back to it because of how traumatizing it was ๐
I suppose it depends on how you said it. If I was talking about an artist I liked with someone only for the other party to say idgaf, I'm sure I'd feel some type of way.
Introduce yourself as a Black TV character #blacksky
Don't worry, Google hasn't bought them out. Just a rumor, it's not true.
Darksouls Remastered. Good lord, Blighttown was so brutal. Ornstein and Smaugh bodied me, too. I thought I was ready after Elden Ring, but I wasn't
Gurren Lagann Poster, has 5 young friends in a mech together
Gurren Lagann is one of my favorites, so good.
Insane. I had the modern one and already made many mistakes I'd love to take back. Wtf was that first blend...
That one hurt a bit ๐ข
What's your favorite song on it? I personally loved reincarnated the most.
Toad. Love me some Toad.
Wtf. White people were really looking for any and every reason to justify owning human beings...
I'm going to try this this week, thx
My Wife's Having an Affair this Week (2016). I don't watch kdramas too often, but I love this one to pieces. I saw it when I was younger, and it taught me a lot about how relationships can devolve, even when both people feel like they're doing the right thing. It has a really healthy ending as well.
That'd be too responsible ๐
Thanks! I've been told to watch it by multiple people, but I always put it off. Think I'll give it a try
This looks good. What anime is this?
I can't understand it. But I respect it.
I disagree with the Last Jedi take, but I respect it.
That's a fair point, yeah. Azula does start on the ground, so I think Toph would just turtle up after noticing her leave the ground... maybe it's a draw after that, idk. Azula likely takes it tbh, I forgot she could fly
