Genuinely it's not that I think that it would be impossible to use this technology creatively and ethically, in theory, but right now it's a demonstration of how nobody in leadership anywhere accepts 'no' in any way.

Is it normal to want to stop EVERYTHING in your life just to make games? Like, I’m literally laying in bed excited to wake up so I can edit my code and hopefully get a functional game finished but I’m realizing I should probably do real work BUT THE CODE-

Game developer tip #1:

You must hire an experienced gamer who is older, reflexes, hand-eye, and patience impaired and GIVE THEM VETO power over your U/I design and implementation.

If just making your game work or completing fights or puzzles drives this person to murder, that thing MUST be redone.
