Before 9 came out I heard people say you could just jump in to any game in the series and not miss much and after 9 came out all I hear is how well it pays off knowledge of the other games. Idk what to believe at this point.

After several playthroughs on several cartridges. Trading with friends, and hours of grinding, I finally finished the Pokédex on my childhood Red version cartridge.

Message to fellow journalists (and anyone claiming to be one): do not “police-involved shooting” executions in broad daylight.

Obfuscating language like that is completely journalistically unnecessary and, even worse, sanitizes reality.

Words have meaning. Use the right ones.

People are nervous about watching video, but this one is not of the murder, it's of the lead up, and people need to see it before the spin takes over.

He steps inbetween ICE and two women who are being harrassed by them (one of whom was shoved to the ground for no reason), raises his hands and turns away from them and says "Okay! Okay!" to indicate he isn't going to be aggressive, at which point they start with pepper spray
