On a more serious note, from what I gathered so far from my own ear adventures it could be stress related and pass in 2-3 days. I was usually advised to just seek medical help when there's pain involved or it goes on for too long

I only realized I accidentally made him aro when I had realized it about myself, in retrospective.

A big one, many years ago, is a character who was aromantic before I even ever realized I was - or he was, too. I kept saying that he behaved in certain ways because he was afraid of forming bonds, until someone else pointed out that he seems alright with anything that isnt potentially romantic.
