Years ago one of my professors ordered a pizza with ham, pineapple and green olives for us students and it was delicious. Or I was really hungry and would eat anything at that point.

The rescue pup became a star pupil! Fizz whipped him into shape, taught him how to play with other dogs and people, and house trained him. I wouldn't mind keeping him but I don't think my grands will give him up now.

Day 2 with the rescue. Poor little mite spend his short life in a cage, where he was horribly matted and starved, didn't know what pets, treats or grass was. Fizz wants to play but he doesn't know how to do that. He is trying!

I sent the families off this morning for a backpacking 4 day trip and I've got the new rescue dog here with me. Poor little guy, his new family dumped him in this weird place and he's not sure what to do. A bit feral. I don't think he's had much human contact.

I am trying to make my peace with the river reclamation project which is going on 100 feet from me. I sure didn't realize how noisy and dusty it would be. My wonderful view is blighted by big machinery and worst of all, the deer + other animals are gone.
