The EASIEST way to fix the Alex story would be to retcon it to Alex becoming the godfather of Patricia's kid after her husband died in Nayshall from JP's shenanigans
Gives JP relevance again, keeps SF3 intact, differentiates Alex from Guile and Ken's family man arcs, minimal dialogue/art changes

Maybe the real reason for his horrible story was to encourage people to just buy his costume so they didnt have to read that shit
