Using a CPAP might have made my sleeping experience exponentially worse, but it's still insane how less of a zombie I am. Before I could get 8 hours of sleep and still be a zombie, passing out at any given moment. Now I get 3 hours of sleep and I'm a zombie with thoughts and feelings and dreams
