On The Orbital Evolution of Multiple Wide Super-Jupiters: How Disk Migration and Dispersal Shape the Stability of The PDS 70 System Direct imaging has revealed exoplanet systems hosting multiple wide-orbit Super-Jupiters, where planet-planet interactions can shape their long-term dynamical evolution. These strong perturbations may...

my last phd thesis paper is now accepted to ApJ and is on the arXiv today! arxiv.org/abs/2510.11021
We simulate the PDS 70 exoplanet system's future using hydrodynamic + n-body simulations involving the disk and the two planets to see how its orbital architecture evolves! 🪐🪐

I’m thrilled to share that I will be an EXP Postdoctoral Fellow in Astrophysics at Caltech 🥹🥹🦫🦫

I will continue working on the direct imaging of exoplanets. So excited I get to continue doing what I love while staying in my beloved Southern California 🫶🪐🔭

Look at those two spiral galaxies. Two Milky Ways. Two hundreds of billions of stars and planets. Two homes.

*slams fists onto table* DAMMIT the universe is SO COOL.

two things I keep telling myself that may be helpful: 1. It is perfectly normal to have bad semesters. It’s not about how many times you fall but about how many times you get up 2. Astronomy is hard! Nature is complicated - there’s a reason it’s such an active research field :)

The Resolved Structure of a Low Metallicity Photodissociation Region Photodissociation Regions (PDRs) are key to understanding the feedback processes that shape interstellar matter in galaxies. One important type of PDR is the interface between HII regions and molecula...

Very excited about this paper led by Ilyse Clark resolving an extragalactic, low metallicity photodissociation region for the first time! 5x more CO-dark H2 column than the comparable Milky Way PDR! arxiv.org/abs/2504.06247
