No cooldown. Repositioning costs at least 10% of the tower’s original price (e.g. 50 gold → 5 gold). A meta upgrade can grant limited free reposition uses in exchange for meta currency.
It requires %10 of the gold you spent on the tower that you are moving.

Started as a pretty normal setup, then evolving the towers one by one slowly turned it into chaos.
