The stomach builds up fat faster than a lot of areas depending on your genes. However it’ll only come off as it is burnt everywhere. It’s far easier to gain than lose. It just takes time, and dedication. If you work at it you’ll see results eventually. You can always dm me if you need more advice :)

Cardio can only take you so far. Changing your diet and making sure you’re staying in a deficit is what does it. You also have to remember that there’s no way to target fat in a specific area. If you’re trying to lose belly fat it’ll come off as fat leaves the rest of your body. 1/2
