i feel a little bit better abt it bc it means i've been losing but i also haven't been leaving to drink water and i had a physical scare the other day >_<

barely left my room for days and cant even remember the last time i showered bc im scared of my mom forcing hugs/kisses (sounds bad but she knows im a sa victim and i dont like touch)
