Ok ok PS - Sugar. It seems like people who DONT have cancer say stop all sugar but science says sugar does NOT “fuel” cancer per se, no more than anything else. Cancer is sneaky and will get fuel where it needs. That said, a low sugar low refined starches diet is good anyway
