Feeling weirdly low after my holiday; I’ve got leg trouble brewing badly & feeling vulnerable about it. Something’s really wrong & of course my usual post holiday physical & mental kick is to train hard. I wasn’t quite as able pre going & now daren’t & if I can’t shift myself; I’ll go demented.

Worst sleep ever. Up & down all night gawping & now this…the world’s biggest & noisiest dovecote. Every now & then something really bothers them & they make their displeasure known! #Italy #stfu
