IF Indiana Senate Bill 285 passes

It will cost $1.5 million dollars to CRIMINALIZE just 20% of the HOMELESS population in Indianapolis

$1,500,000 just to lock up 20% of Indy's homeless population for 60 days, THEN we don't know how to house 100% of them

Perceptions of crime are changing. Fewer than 50 percent of Americans told Gallup that crime rose nationally in the last year for the first time since 2001. Only 30 percent said crime rose locally, also the lowest since 2001.

And what kind of crime are Americans most frequently afraid of? Not the type you hear about in the news. Americans worry most about being the victim of identity theft (69%) and being tricked into providing financial information to scammers (53%). 2/2
