Tortoise is sweet..🎸 The Strat pickguard has the pickups attached so ,pretty straight forward, just keep an eye on the wires.

My simplified origin story of how I got into music subculture: moved from the south to Colorado in 7th grade. Nerdy kid, relentlessly picked on. Only people who were nice were the grunge/druggy kids. So, that became my scene and context and from there it shifted into punk, etc.

My grandfather loved, what is now called, Outlaw Country... Waylon, Willie and the boys. That led me to punk....Ramones, Sex Pistols..
