To fix problems we must 1st acknowledge there are problems, but blaming ppl/customers for hi-lighting problems is certainly not the place to start. You keep doing what you do, you're good at it.

I've a pair that occasionally appear in my garden. My raspberry and black current plants certainly don't appreciate their visits.
