Did a couple sponsorships that turned out to have wildly inflated audience numbers. Turns out media companies can be pretty lucrative (for the publisher) so there's that.

We use Statamic and it pushes content changes back to github. Has saved my bacon many times

We have some of that as well - people trying to start different businesses over the years. They cancel, sign up for a new company and repeat until something takes off.

Shows how important helping all customers no matter the size is.

I try to do ALL THE THINGS cause at least one of them is bound to go well on any given day. Diversification!

What's the play, do you ban IPs that attempt to log in?

Experienced people but not at the level where they've gotten used to working with large sales teams or big marketing budgets.

I dunno about you but we have people deleting stuff willy nilly and asking to get it back.

Soft deletes on users have been extremely helpful for that, even with the added complexity.
