I’ll continue to operate in the disability history/heritage space through the UK Disability History and Heritage Hub and other related academic/heritage groups so do look out for cool things (hopefully) in the pipeline… 👀

Of course, I am gutted to be leaving the @paraheritage.bsky.social, who not only saw me through my PhD but fully supported my development in the sector, all whilst truly fighting for better inclusion and representation. I will miss this dynamic and passionate team!!

I’m so excited to finally say I’ll soon be joining Manchester Jewish Museum as their Curator (not that I’ve been keeping it secret well!)!! This is a dream role, sparked after using the museum’s collection for research years ago. I hope to serve Manchester’s rich and diverse Jewish history well!

had a great time at the Divergent Minds in the Archive Workshop today at Liverpool Central Library. Some really productive conversations about barriers for neurodiversity in using or working with archives - and conversations with really lovely people as well!
