Emet-Selch was one of the characters I was especially proud to work on for the set. One of the greatest «villains » with a fantastic character building. So I paid a lot of attention to his pose and expression here.

after the hythlodaeus and emet selch recover from their last thousand needle incident, the later ensures it never happens again to enjoy their evening stroll

after dealing with the cactuar, they have deemed the coast is indeed clear, finally hythades (with hythlodaeus still comically injured in a cast to the point of being physically impeded) eat together under a pagoda at sunset, unaware of what is behind them
