Cagle, he’s the goodest good boy to ever be good.

A sweet little gold curly dog looking regal next to his owner, me, smiling and holding a huge blue and white ribbon.
Richie graduated (WITH HONORS) from his third and final obedience class. This sweet little goofball has made us all so happy and somehow he manages to look both like a doofus and also like he’s so proud?!
A little gold curly dog radiates satisfaction while looking into the sunlight coming through a near window while snuggled into a big blue and white blanket.
Despair at tomorrow being Monday again, but surely this week can’t be worse than last.
Even if it is, though, this little guy is still gonna give it his best.
Please share any findings!!
We have watched it on repeat for 20 min and show no sign of stopping
My lil vb player is obsessed. She loves him.
Headline worthy stuff!!
I’m sorry but…what?
Julia Sonnevend, author of Charm: How Magnetic Personalities Shape Global Politics (now out in paperback!), offers her thoughts on how Péter Magyar defeated Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán. Her book features a chapter on Orbán for those who’d like to learn more. Read her piece:
Brody’s wisdom is endless and powerful.
It’s true, days are hard right now but he’s such a good boy.
sorry, yes, we still have to talk about AI. Here's what #feedingtheelephant's contributors @jasminemulliken.bsky.social @alanpharvey.bsky.social @rlevay.bsky.social @emily-elliott.bsky.social Marissa Mercurio and Courtney Smotherman are thinking a year later: networks.h-net.org/group/discus...
Imagine the NYT wanting to know what me and my pals think about stuff.
My kids’ school is considering a four-day school week, which is increasingly popular in Idaho.
A small curly brown dog nestled into a big blue blanket, obviously providing comfort like a good boy.
I wish everyone a sick day best bud.

Predawn, looking over a river where the full moon is low behind scrubby spring trees.
I ran this morning before the sun rose and felt this huge sense of wonder and awe looking up at the nearly full moon and thinking of the people who, in this time in which hope is so hard to find, are hurtling toward the moon through complete darkness, full of optimism.

It’s impossible to overstate the harm that Idaho is willing to inflict. It’s endless and heartbreaking.
I can’t even write an email on my phone. Book a flight, my god.
I think they are. Most of the teachers are using it too (and the state testing module is now AI too).
Like, BE WEIRD LITTLE KIDS. I really don't need a slick, jazzy, rhyming poem about pollinators as much as I need your strange interpretations of pollen.
I am in despair that the kids aren't reading for or writing these speeches themselves. All of those speeches are weirdly polished and lack the...oddities...of little kids thinking through ideas and concepts.
And no, I don't think this is "just another technological wave, like TV or radio."
My kids' school does a lovely Speech Festival every year where the kids recite either speeches or poems they've researched or written on topics related to their courses of study. It's a great event.
This year somewhere around half the kids are attributing their speeches or poems to "author is AI."
Right?! Absolutely the worst idea ever.
I unsubscribed from AllTrails because the app was integrating AI for off-trail hikes and runs, branding it ”custom route creation.”
Looks a lot like an Idaho Dems event but how can that be?!
