The worst part here is that the pipe expands and contracts in crazy large amounts and pushes the still-curing caulk out such that it sags and cracks.
I’ve had to repeat with another layer this morning. Hoping this seals before the heat comes back on.

How’s your holiday David? Well. Since I got my pilot’s license I have developed a crazy bronchial cold, dabbled in making blender add ons, and the hardest thing I’m doing is caulking a heating pipe in my home office with intumescent caulk and fire block foam and not making a mess
hahha yeah i had to do one of these for the exam! in much nicer winds of course.
After my checkride, I had a total 160 hours! Way longer than the average, for sure. :)
And yes, did a few crazy crosswind landings in weather with my CFI that I wouldn't ever do alone (by choice). Wish I caught those on video!

definitely echo this. starter packs are great, but like when you buy a starter pack of trading cards, you're not going to keep them all in your deck. you're going to remove some, add some others, and that's totally natural. i don't see why bluesky packs would be any different.
