There are 2 options that come out of such a public, confirmed seer -
1) The Seer says Faithful - That could be sus but you have to ride it out
2) The Seer says Traitor - Now you can't trust the seer or the chosen you HAVE to banish them both in the final game and the other 3 walk away.

I absolutely adore The Tratiors.... but they have 100% ruined the finale. They've completely mishandled the power of The Seer in games like Werewolf.

I'd say Gloomhaven bveing a video game is no different from the many many boardgames online like Scythe, Wingspam, Star Realms etc.
I think you'd want something that wasn't a just play the tabletop on PC, like Battletech or something.. maybe even CyberPunk
