So saddened to hear about Gary Kelley’s passing. Kelley has been my favorite illustrator since i’ve been in art school, and you cannot overstate the level of influence he’s had on the American illustration cannon. One of the greatest to ever do it, and A terrible loss
If you’re not familiar with his body of work then do yourself a favor and make a deep dive because it’s been nothing but banger after banger for the last 50 years
