This weekend I was in York helping my lovely friends at @ysod.bsky.social with their amazing event The Art that Adorns You, probably the funnest most inclusive HEMA event I’ve ever been to!

It’s been a long week, but last night I finished the last of the stock for the weekend, now just to label everything and pack

Today I’m busy finishing off the last bits of stock before the Artisan and reenactors market at the Warwickshire Event centre this weekend, including this black snake pattern hooded dress and matching corset.
Tomorrow is labelling everything and packing!

I’m delighted to say I’ll be trading at Fantasy Forest Festival at Sudeley castle on the 17th to the 19th of July!

This is why I’m not shipping to the states. There is no certainty on tariffs, as a tiny business, I cannot afford to be stuck with extra charges, and if customers do not pay them either I get the item back but have paid postage which I can’t recover, or worse there’s a possibility of items destroyed

Nearly October and that’s always means two of my favourite events fast approaching! I’ve loads of shiny new stock fresh off the sewing machine, so not come along and see!

The last few days were set aside to do my tax return. As you can see, it’s been going really well and I’ve not got distracted in the slightest…
Anyway, this is new stock for my upcoming markets (this won’t be going online as at the moment I’m not quite sure how I’d manage to post it!)
