1 year challenge: once a month do something you think you’d love / body love

But then you’ll have 31 different things you love about yourself!!

6 month challenge: twice a month do something that scares you. So even if you weren’t feeling confident in something try do it anyways and push comfort zone.

The reason for this challenge is when days are tough you can go back and look and see that on xyz date you loved X about yourself so it’ll remind you to love that bit again because we have days where the things we love about ourselves can be something we have negative thoughts about.

Challenge One: Your challenges:
1 month challenge: post every day on your story something you love about yourself (you can even look in a mirror to help you) the reason why you love it. Write down separately so you can remember what’s said - with dates! And try not have any duplicates.
