I suspect a lot of SEOs and growth peeps are in a similar position: maybe you have the technical knowledge and skills needed to build, but not necessarily the time.
Claude Code helped plug that gap for me: when I get burned out in the evening, I now fire up Cursor and start hacking.
The biggest level up I have made this year is taking the time to build internal tools for the team.
Content management, AI analytics & reporting... it is all about finding gaps in knowledge or productivity - then building apps to plug them.
